Pendour - The Officer's House is owned by brothers Robert and Julian Knott.

 

We were both born in The Lizard in our Grandparents guest house. Robert in 1965 in Penmenar House and Julian in Atlantic View in 1969.

Although our parents moved to Surrey we visited Cornwall every year as children to visit family, many of whom still live in and around The Lizard.

 

When our parents died a few years ago we decided to build a legacy in their memory and come back to where it all started. We wanted to create a beautiful home from home so that you can enjoy the truly stunning area that we both grew up to love.

Small details in the house are in memory of our family, Serpentine souvenirs collected over the years, Cornishware pottery that our grandparents always had and even the willow pattern dining service that they always had when running their own guest houses. 

 

Pendour is our tribute to mum and dad, Granny and Gramps - we hope you love it as much as we do.
